Working within a passionate and dedicated HR team this HR generalist position allows you the opportunity to partner with the business, supporting and advising client groups of approximately 150+ employees. You will be providing advice and support on many areas including:
- Absence Management
- Performance Management
- Maternity / Paternity / Adoption
- Flexible working
- Exit interviews
- Learning and Development
In addition to the above you will assist with the management of a HR Assistant.
Who we are looking for
You will be passionate and confident about providing sound HR advice, with an emphasis on recruitment and case management including absence, performance and probation management.
As a pro-active team player you support your team and assist with variations in workload volume.
Your excellent communication and relationship building skills ensure you work effectively with stakeholders and your wider team.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate with excellent working knowledge of employment legislation and ideally be full or part CIPD qualified.
