The Role: Office Manager, Pareto Law

You will be responsible for co-ordinating a variety of administration and management tasks, communicating on a daily basis with a variety of individuals from across all levels of the business. Operating from the front desk, you will be the face of Pareto: welcoming clients and visitors and providing hospitality during visits, while also providing on-going support to Directors, Managers and Team members.

Responsibilities as an Office Manager:

• Manage the day to day running of the London office ensuring it is organised, co-ordinated and efficiently run, including continual facility management, overseeing property maintenance and management of office stock and supplies
• To be the main point of contact for the Pareto Training Department, with duties including taking bookings, maintenance of training records, training set up and liaising with different stakeholders within the business
• To support the Graduate Management team with administration duties in the lead up to and during assessment days
• To hold budget responsibilities and assume ownership for internal company events, incentives and company collateral, including staff cars, mobile phones and company property
• Provide HR support through on-boarding and orientation of new starters
• Ad-hoc administrative support and inter-office communication of any arising issues, concerns or actions
